Overview of MLS Schedule
The Major League Soccer (MLS) schedule is designed to provide a balanced and competitive season for all 28 teams in the league. The regular season runs from March to October, with each team playing 34 games. The top 18 teams in the league standings at the end of the regular season qualify for the MLS Cup Playoffs, which determine the league champion.
The MLS schedule is divided into two halves, with each team playing 17 home games and 17 away games.
